Leah and cory celebrateing Ali and Aleeah 4th birthday

Yeehaw! Teen Mom 2‘s Ali and Aleeah Simms celebrated their fourth birthday this weekend with a cowgirl-themed party.

Based on photos from Leah’s Facebook fan page, the bash was complete with personalized cakes, a pinata and — of course! — gifts.

It seems the party was a joint-birthday celebration at a local event center for the twins and two other girls. (Hey, the more the merrier!)

Congratulations (and moral support) are also in order for Leah. The mother-of-three revealed this week she is giving up her cigarette habit.

On Dec. 14, she tweeted that she was determined to cut back.

“I know this means way more to me, but I am so proud of myself ! I am quitting smoking, and I have only had 3 cigarettes today and…. The three cigarettes that I had tasted soo nasty! So I haven’t smoked anymore and don’t have the ‘want to’ For me it is such a milestone… I want to THANK The Lung Association for this too because I wouldn’t have quit smoking if things didn’t turn out the way they done.”

She then received support from dozens of followers, including Chelsea Houska’s dad, Randy Houska: “Good for you! It will be worth it to never have to explain to the girls why they shouldn’t smoke as you puff away.”

Two days later, Leah tweeted that she was “officially a tobacco free gal.” She also retweeted the American Lung Association’s message that quitting smoking is an act oflove for those you care about… Which seems to ring particularly true for Leah, considering she became “tobacco free” on the twins’ actual birthday!

Although Leah’s biggest temptations are surely ahead, everyone who successfully quits smoking has to start somewhere… And we congratulate her for making that commitment!
