Fans have been eagerly anticipating Teen Mom 2star Kailyn Lowry's autobiography for over a year, and it looks like we're getting closer and closer to a release date. We don't know toomuch about Kailyn's book, but we do know that it's called Pride Over Pity, will come out in 2014 (thank god!), and is largely about her adolescence. In fact, Kailyn told Wetpaint Entertainment via Twitter that her book is an autobiography "not so much about being a teen mom- more about living with an addict & absent father resulting in where I am now."
It sounds like Kailyn's page-turner will be an honest glimpse at her life pre-fame, and her husband, Javi Marroquin, took it to Twitter to give fans a sneak peek of what to expect.
"There's so much more to kailyn's story than y'all know," Javi tweeted on January 19. "Can't wait for her book to come out... At a store near YOU!"
Um, yes please. We're beyond excited about heading to our local independent bookstore (that's right!) to buy Kailyn's book — and who knows? Maybe she'll even be there doing a book signing!According to Javi, Kailyn's going to do signings "all over the east coast," which sounds pretty promising.
Of course, the eternal question remains: when will Pride Over Pity hit the shelves? Looks like Kailyn herself doesn't know, but she did hit up Twitter with this informational nugget: "So close to having a release date for my book!"
