Judging by this trailer, the new season of "Teen Mom 2" will more intense than ever.
Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer-Calvert are coming back on January 21st for a season packed with more fighting, more pregnancies and even an abortion shocker.
The new trailer quickly updates us on the four young women ... and there's a lot to take in.
We see Evans going in and out of jail (again) and meet her new boyfriend Nathan Griffith, who can be seen screaming at Jenelle's mom "You got your daughter on heroin!"
Later in the trailer, we see a shot of Jenelle talking to someone on the beach, admitting "If would be selfish to Jace if I had another child. I decided I'm going to have an abortion."
It's unclear which pregnancy she's talking about though. The reality star reportedly suffered a miscarriage after getting pregnant with her now-ex Courtland Rogers. She's also currently pregnant with Nathan's child.
As for the other girls, Kailyn is seen planning her wedding with Javi Marroquin, Chelsea is dealing with her ex boyfriend Adam starting a family with another woman and Leah continues to deal with her special needs daughter, Aliannah.
