Leah Calvert had twin girls with her ex-husband, Corey Simms, and even though they are amazing parents, their relationship didn't work out. Now Leah is married to husband, Jeremy, and while they seem like they are an amazing couple, there have been rumors that they are divorcing.
In a recent interview with InTouch, Leah finally opened up about her relationship with Jeremy.
When marrying Leah, Not only did Jeremy know that he had to act as a father to her twin girls Ali and Aleeah, but he had to stick by the family and be there for Leah's daughter Ali, who suffers from a rare condition.
In the interview, Leah revealed that Ali has a rare form of muscular dystrophy, which worsens as she ages. This is a huge responsibility for a man to take on. Any man willing to stick through this is a great one, which is why fans were thrown off when they saw in the Teen Mom 2 trailer that Jeremy threatened divorce.
"This is his first marriage — he's still learning you can't throw that word around," Leah explained. "We both know we'd never get a divorce. Both of us are too happy."
It's relieving to hear that Leah and Jeremy are happy. They are even selling their dream house and purchasing a more handicap accessible home for Ali.
Hopefully fans can see the good side of Leah and Jeremey's relationship during the new season of Teen Mom 2.
